This is the quilt my mother has made for the PWDCNC specialty. It is not quite finished but will be by the time we leave. I buy the materials my mother sews.

The pups were microchipped today. I am keeping the boy with the blue ribbon.

I think I will name him Ric O'Shay. Call name Ricky.

Bichon Puppies

Puppies will be seven weeks old tomorrow. That is the day I evaluate for pet and show dogs. Will send photos and results tomorrow

Mac is now and AKC champion. When I went to the AKC web page his last points were a 3rd major. Oh well I still wish the judge had not dumped Beau for Best of Breed.

Long Weekend

well shows are over car is unpacked now to catching up at home. Sego escaped her pen yesterday and trashed the patio room. She moved pens from one end of the room to the other.
Beau took his 3rd BOB yesterday Rita took reserve winners bitch no more BBE class judges do not look at your dogs.

The Cookie Boy

My Brown boy is finished. Mac finished his AKC Championship today! Tomorrow he goes up against Beau for Best of Breed. I will be FUN. I will post Mac's finishing photo when it gets here.
Friday was the same as Thursday.

Thursday's Show

Stayed up until 3am grooming Beau last night was not sure it was going to be worth it as I did not know who else would be here. It paid off Beau took his first Best of Breed today. Mac took Winners Dog and Rita took Winners Bitch and Best of Winners. It was fun to sweep all. Mac needs only 3 points to finish--Rita needs lots. Dreamer was a puppy in the ring jumping walking sideways. The judge really liked her but you need to keep 4 on the floor. Alan the AKC rep was at the corner of the ring on the down and back. He was laughing so hard he told me this is a dog show not a rabbit show.

Dog Show week

This week I have 4 days of dog shows in Farmington Utah. The Portuguese will be showing Thursday, Friday Saturday and Sunday. Mack needs only four single point to finish. The girls are just beginning their careers. Dreamer is showing Thur Fri and Sat, Rita all four days and Party on Saturday and Sunday. I am showing two Bichons on Saturday only. I am not fond of Sunday's judge. I will not pay money for his opinion.
